How to Cancel Kindroid

Short answer: cancel where you subscribed. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are canceled in your phone's subscription settings. Web subscriptions are canceled in Kindroid's settings.

Cancel on iPhone

Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Kindroid > Cancel Subscription.

Cancel on Android

Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Kindroid > Cancel.

Cancel on the Web

Profile (kindroid.ai/v2/settings/) > Billing > Kindroid Standard Subscription > Manage. Billing lists three separate entries: Kindroid Standard Subscription, Ultra Subscription Add-on and MAX Subscription Add-on. Ultra and MAX are cancelled separately under their own entries, so cancel those too.

What Happens After You Cancel (Important Since Oct 1, 2026)

Kindroid retired its free Lite plan on October 1, 2026. Free accounts now get about 50 flagship-model interactions. When those run out, your account becomes read-only until you subscribe or start a trial. Your characters, chat history, and memories are kept and can still be viewed or exported, so export anything you care about before you cancel.

Refunds

Refunds are case by case and generally not given. App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's and Google's refund processes.
