How Dreamcoins Work
Every plan includes 1,000 dreamcoins a month, and ourdream says that covers everything, including video. It doesn't publish a per-feature coin price. Coins don't expire, but without an active subscription you can't buy more, you're back to free-tier perks, and your saved images and videos are blurred again until you resubscribe.
Refunds
Request one through the Request Help button on your profile page. ourdream's help center says there's no refund once more than 25% of a product has been used, monthly plans can't be refunded once the coins are used, and annual plans may qualify for a full or partial refund. Its refund policy also says that if a service is defective or significantly different from its description, you can contact support within 14 days of purchase and refunds are decided case by case. After a refund, unused dreamcoins are removed.
Is ourdream.ai Worth It?
If images and video are the main reason you're paying, yes. The credit bundle is the draw. For mostly text chat, Candy AI's yearly plan does the job for $47.88 instead of $119.88. Compare: Candy AI vs ourdream.ai.
