How to Cancel ourdream.ai

Quick answer: go to ourdream.ai/profile, click Cancel subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Step by Step

Log in and open your profile page at ourdream.ai/profile.
Click Cancel subscription.
Confirm the cancellation. Save a screenshot or the confirmation email.

What Happens After You Cancel

Access: continues to the end of the current billing period.
Dreamcoins: unused coins stay usable until the period ends. ourdream's help center also says coins don't expire, but you can't buy more without an active subscription.
Your images and videos: once the membership expires, they're blurred again, including community packs. They come back if you subscribe again.
Resubscribing: creates a new subscription. One ourdream help article says previous unused coins aren't restored, so spend them before your period ends.

Refunds

Cancelling doesn't trigger a refund. To ask for one, use the Request Help button on your profile page. Include the product (subscription or coins), the charge date and amount, and your reason. ourdream's stated rules:

No refund once more than 25% of a product has been used.
Monthly subscriptions can't be refunded once the coins have been used.
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Card refunds take 5 to 10 business days once approved. Crypto payments can't be refunded.
After a refund, the subscription is cancelled and unused dreamcoins are removed.
