ourdream.ai Refund: The 25% Rule and How to Ask

Short answer: ask through the Request Help button on your ourdream.ai profile page. There's no refund once more than 25% of a product has been used, monthly plans can't be refunded once the coins are used, and yearly plans may get a full or partial refund.

How to Request a Refund
- Log in and open your profile page at ourdream.ai/profile.
- Click Request Help.
- Say which product you're asking about (subscription or coins), the charge date and amount, and your reason.
- Keep a screenshot of what you sent.
What Happens After a Refund
ourdream says a refund cancels the subscription and removes unused dreamcoins. Without an active membership, your saved images and videos are blurred again until you resubscribe.
Cancelling Isn't a Refund
Cancelling (Cancel subscription on your profile page) stops renewals and keeps access to the end of the paid period, but returns nothing. If you want money back, request it separately and do it early, before you've used much. Steps: How to cancel ourdream.ai.
Monthly or Yearly: What This Means Before You Buy
The refund rules favour the yearly plan: once you use the coins on a monthly plan, that month is non-refundable, while a yearly plan may still get a partial refund if you've used 25% or less. ourdream's yearly plan is $119.88 ($9.99 a month) against $19.99 month to month, plus a one-time 1,000-dreamcoin bonus on your first subscription.
